How this is measured. Engaged time counts only while a toy is on-screen and being interacted with (it pauses on idle/background tabs), so it reflects real play, not a tab left open. Stuck = the share of plays that actually got going. Card revenue counts paid orders (in beta most cards are free comps, so $0 is expected). Anonymous — no cookies.

Newsletter: rates are per delivered email. Clicks are the trustworthy signal — opens are inflated by Apple Mail privacy. Keep the complaint rate under 0.1%. Hard bounces & complaints are auto-suppressed.
